Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
High School Red
Pony Pride Training, LLC (PPT) is a soloprenuer small business with external business commitments and partnerships, including, but not limited too, local hockey facilities and apparel outlets. In order for PPT to put on our Programs, no matter the circumstance, these business commitments and partnerships must be fulfilled. Therefore, all refund requests must be submitted at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the start of the Program for which the refund is being requested. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED LESS 25% OF THE *PROGRAM FEE PAID AT REGISTRATION when the refund request is received at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the start of the program. Refund requests will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued after the two week (14 day) deadline. However, in the event of a Player Participant injury or family relocation (move) preventing a Player Participant from taking part in the PPT Program for which he is registered, a full refund will be issued when the refund request is submitted with documentation of the circumstance preventing the player from participating. Should a Pony Pride Training program be canceled or suspended, refunds will be issued as follows: Suspension or Cancelation of a single program due to spread of illness within the program - refunds will be prorated and issued less 20% as PPT will still be responsible for ice/operating costs for the program. Suspension or Cancelation of all programs due to rink closure - refunds will be prorated and issued at 100%. *If a discount of any kind was applied at registration for the program which the refund request is being made, refund will be issued based on the discounted price paid, NOT the original registration fee pricing.

Squirts
PPT may take pictures throughout a program. Pictures could be used in future advertisements or posted on our website or social media outlets. Compensation for the use of these pictures will not be provided. Please select 'Yes' if you are okay with the possible use of your player's photos for advertisements or PPT's website/social media, or 'No' if you prefer photos of your player are not used for these reasons.
